Well - my friends this is the Ginn Family blog and we want to updated you on our entire family - that is the Student Rez. We are sitting at a total of 15 of us right now. Rod and I say to each other all the time that there is no where else in this world that we would rather be. We love our home and the family that God has given us. Maizy is blooming here - with a group of people who love her and watch out for her. She loves hanging around all the kids and they are so good to play with her and teach her new things. God has done some amazing things in our home and it is so great to see His hand at work. I have posted some pictures of our recent family night, Iron Chef Student Rez. It was a BLAST!!!! The kids were so into it and the dishes were amazing! What a great night and a time for us to really have fun together. I hope you enjoy looking at the pics of our amazing family that we have truly fallen in love with!

Hello family and friends - as most of you know we headed to Oklahoma to spend Christmas with Grandpa Ron, Grandma Judy, Uncle Jason, Uncle Joe and Aunt Kim. Maizy had a great time being with daddy's family. Joe and Kim arrived on Friday and that is when we decided to have our Christmas. We all opened stockings first and in Daddy's stocking was an apple. Well Maizy got a hold of that apple and the night was done. She didn't want anything to do with anything else except her apple. So we then decided to have her open her presents throughout the weekend. She received some great gifts from the family and has really enjoyed playing with all of them since we have come home. Maizy was able to play hard with her Uncle Joe - they laughed a lot together. Auntie Kim let Maizy put on her "bibs" which is Maizy's term for lip gloss. We had a wonderful time with everyone and we look forward to the next time we all get together!

Hello everyone! It has been a very long time - and I apologize for that. Our computer was in the process of being repaired. Well - Christmas has come and gone, and I have to say that we had the most amazing Christmas EVER! The season was full of joy and lots of laughter! This year seemed to be much busier than the average Christmas season, but it was great! Maizy had a wonderful time attending parties, zoo lights, family events, spending the night on Christmas eve at grammy and papa's, opening presents, playing with her nativity scene, going around to all of Grammy's nativity scenes and giving Jesus a kiss (yes it was adorable), having Christmas with our Rez family, and enjoying the snow! God has been so good to us this past year and we look forward to what he has for us in 2008. Of course we are anticipating the birth of our second child this year, and for the first time in 15 years Rod will not be traveling to Israel, which is bitter sweet. We will be going to Oklahoma in mid January to celebrate Christmas with Grandma and Grandpa Ginn, Uncle Jason, Uncle Joe and Aunt Kim. Mommy will be traveling back East with her friends for a mini vacation in March. Daddy will be putting together the CUFI trip for our church and then attending the event. We will be taking our second vacation to Ocean City this year, which mommy already talks about on an everyday basis! I am excited that God has allowed us to make that our vacation spot for our children to grow up loving the shore, the ocean and of course the boardwalk! Daddy and mommy will be taking a side trip to Lancaster, PA while grammy and papa take care of the babes. Rod and I are excited to see what God will do in our home with our kids. The Lord has really challenged our faith, in the house, stretching us to put all of our trust in him. Rod and I couldn't ask to be in a better place with better people! God is good - all the time! Here we go with another year in the life of the Ginn's our sweet lovey Maizy and the new babe! We will keep you updated!
Our Internet is being very difficult - I will finish the Ginn family Christmas when tings are backing in working order! Please keep checking in!
We spent the night at Grammy and Papa's house on Christmas Eve. We usually go over to mommy's Uncle Rob's house for dinner and presents, but this year things were a little different. Our little Elf developed Pink Eye on Christmas Eve, so daddy, mommy and maizy stayed at Grammy and Papa's house at dinner, listened to music and opened a couple of gifts. It ended up being a really wonderful night!
