On Sunday, October 8, we dedicated our little Angel to the lord. What an amazing day. Grandpa George had Pastor Russ Frase (the Dean of Mommy's college), pray the dedication prayer so that he could be with us as we dedicated Maizy. Maizy wore the same outfit that her Grandpa George was baptized in 58 years ago, it was a very special moment. Dean Frase prayed a powerful prayer and, of course, Mommy cried. Our friends Ben and Laura dedicated their son, Elijah at the same time. After the dedication we had a big party at Grammy Cheryl and Grandpa George's house. The party was for Maizy and Elijah. We had a blast, all of our friends and family came to celebrate with our little girl. Many people brought Maizy beautiful gifts. Mommy received a very special gift from Grammy Cheryl, a ring with Maizy's name in Hebrew engraved on it. Grandma Judy and Grandpa Ron sent Maizy a very cute arrangement of balloons with a bear. We had it at the party so that everyone could enjoy it. Rod and I were reminded, once again, of the amazing group of friends and family God has given to us. The day was full of blessings and praise!
